i passed all the physical tests except the 2.4km run yesterday. havent run that far for almost 6yrs now. so i cant expect anything. hehe. im aching all over. my thighs felt as if if a 10kg weight has been tied to them. i dread the thought of climbing that overhead bridge from the bus stop to the other side of the road to get home. even walking that few metres to the toilet is 'torturous' :P
